Refund policy

A. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without providing a reason. The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party authorized by you (not the carrier), take(s) possession of the last item in your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us first at: hello@slina.store Include your order number in the email. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

B. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we will refund the cost of the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned items.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods or valid proof of return.

C. Important Return Information Return Deadline

Items must be sent back within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are shipped before the 14-day period ends.

D. Condition of Returned Goods

Please ensure returned items are: Undamaged and clean; In their original packaging, including all accessories and components; If the original packaging is no longer available, use secure, protective packaging to prevent transport damage.

E. Diminished Value

If the returned goods show signs of use beyond what's necessary to inspect their nature and function, you may be responsible for loss in value.

F. Return Shipping Costs & Liability

Return shipping is not covered by us. We are not liable for any loss or damage during return shipping. For your safety, use tracked and insured shipping.

G. Hygiene Products

Items marked as hygiene products in the description are excluded from the right of return.

H. Archive Sale Items

All items from our Archive Sale are final sale and cannot be returned, due to their second-hand/used/pre-loved/worn nature.

 

I. Returns from Outside the EU

Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for orders shipped outside the European Union.
